Marlborough, New Zealand

A velvety, fragrant wine adorned by an undeniably unique climate exclusive to the Marlborough region. Grown in rich soils with moderate fertility to help create a slow ripening and enhanced flavor.

Our 2010 vintage embraces soft and flavorful cherry and wild berry aromas, enhanced by subtle oak. An exquisite balance of fine ripe tannins and generous varietal fruit flavors dance about the palate and carry the blend’s elegant structure and smooth finish.

Winemaker’s Notes

A mild Marlborough winter, couple with a hot, dry spring season encouraged plentiful fruits — perfect for a successful harvest. Scenic weather from the beginning of March and throughout the harvest made for the finest fruit, picked at its optimal ripeness.
